Does anyone have any info (general #s or 10% more, etc) on the impact of putting an 800 # on direct mail reply devices? Does direct mail response decrease? If so, is it made up via gifts from inbound calls? Do new donors who give via the inbound # respond to subsequent direct mail.

Thanks -- please email or call me at 413-774-7666.

Flowers, chocolates, and more for helpful info!
