Blackbaud needs to be talking about being donor-centered in The Raisers Edge. My team and I have spent months trying to figure out (and then having to develop ourselves) mechanisms to produce reports and track progress in a donor-centered (rather than a campaign centered or fund centered) way. Sheesh. Back to basics for the number #1 donor “relationship management” system in the US.
