Everyone is chatting away.I don't see much listening going on though. Sure it's the HOT thing right now, but really I doubt it's effectiveness. I'm not saying it hasn't worked for anyone...what I'm saying is a matter of degrees. It's not working like the buzz forcasts. Doesn't mean I'm against social media, I'm just not overly taken with twitter. The only thing it is good for IS listening. Good luck being heard.
